Sosebee and Britt Orthodontics is proud to announce we have been nominated for Best Orthodontist in the Gainsville Times Best of North Georgia contest! Voting begins today and runs through February 26th, click here to vote for us!

If our practice is voted the Best Orthodontist, Sosebee and Britt Orthodontics will make a $1,000 charitable donation to Relay For Life.

Dr. Britt and his staff are amazing! My youngest just had his braces removed and the care he has received has been outstanding. I saw Dr. Britt at both offices. I found the staff to be friendly, professional, and attentive. Dr. Britt was personable, professional, attentive to my concerns, and took action to achieve my desired results. My treatment plan was estimated to take from 20-24 months with Invisalign braces. I wore them faithfully and my treatment was completed in 20 months. I am very pleased with the final results and with the care that Dr. Britt and his staff gave me.

My daughter has 1 year left in her 2 year orthodontic treatment plan. We have been very pleased with the results of her braces so far and feel confident that she will finish her treatment schedule with the beautiful smile she has always wanted. I have been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, from the front desk, to the techs, and the orthodontist. They take the time to answer all of our questions and listen attentively to any of our concerns. I am so pleased with the experience and quality of care that my daughter has recieved at Sosobee and Britt that I have scheduled appointments for my other 2 children to begin orthodontic treatment with them in the upcoming months.

We absolutely love Dr. Sosebee and the smile he gave my daughter. While we did have some issues with a member of the front office staff and check in procedures during the beginning of the covid outbreak, we swapped offices and had nothing but a phenomenal experience from there on out. The staff at Gainesville is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. They were always so nice and helpful and answered all of our questions, and Lord knows we had a lot. They were patient when my daughter went from going through her Invisalign every 4-5 days because she was breaking them in the beginning to her forgetting to change them for two to three weeks at a time in the end. They talked her through every process along the way, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

My 11 yr old son is a current patient of Dr. Britt’s. His office is always great about being on time. We’ve had great visits every time. But today was exceptional. Hannah & Elizabeth went out of their way to make my son feel comfortable. He has some sensory issues & was uncomfortable getting his braces tightened. Hannah was extremely patient with him. She gave him time to breath and relax. Elizabeth jumped in offering a fidget toy to distract him from being uncomfortable. It makes things easier when people go above and beyond. I truly appreciate it. My son has only had his braces on since March but says “ braces have changed my life” his smile has changed so much! We are loving the progress.

Sosebee & Britt Orthodontics is a pleasant place. The location feels clean and professional while everyone seem kind. Unlike some other places, there is no awkward small talk that is forced on you unless you want to start a conversation which is very convenient when there are pair of hands and dental equipment stuffed in your mouth. Mr.Sosebee and his team are all kind and caring, checking on you with energy and try their best to mitigate discomfort. You will be out quick and easy with little to no complications. Just completed my second child’s braces. First one had traditional braces and second one had Invisalign for the same price. Dr. Sosebee and staff are always so pleasant and accommodating with scheduling. No more braces... but have had a great experience. And great results! Dr. Sosebee was my orthodontist when I was 15 (22 years ago) and has now completed both of my children’s Ortho care. I cannot recommend a better provider! The staff are amazing and always kind. Very pleased! The team and Dr. Sosebee are all very professional and friendly. I am almost always able to get an afternoon appointment for my high schoolers so that they don't have to miss too much school for appointments. We almost never wait in the waiting room and appointments consistently run on time. This is because the team obviously works very efficiently. I've had two kids in braces at the same time, and was able to work out a payment plan that was affordable. I highly recommend this practice!

I could not ask for a better orthodontist for my kiddos! Dr. Britt did a phenomenal job with my 8 year old daughter who needed her first set of braces to correct her bite. Before we even decided that braces were needed, Dr Britt monitored her teeth for 12 months to ensure it was needed. When she did get her braces placed, the patience needed for the very fidgety and nervous 8 year old was far beyond surpassed by all of the staff and Dr Britt. We loved the fact that we could request the same dental assistant each time we had an appointment. It seemed like Becky became part of our family. She is very good at her job and a very sweet lady. We also liked the fact that there is very little waiting time when you come in for your appointment. Dr. Sosebee explains everything so moms can understand and is involved in each visit. My two daughter’s have have been seeing Dr. Sosebee for almost 2 years and we have loved him and the Gainesville staff! My oldest just got her braces off today and her teeth and smile are beautiful. My youngest has a few more months to go and some extra work but Dr. Sosebee has been great with making sure everything is moving as it should and will be coordinating with another specialist to see that everything is set up for her implant when it’s time. Our daughter's braces just came off today, could not be happier with the result and the whole process. Dr. Sosebee explained everything thoroughly during every visit. He would explain what he was doing, how it was helping her and all the care she needed to do to make sure everything went right. Dr. Britt has done a great job with my kids braces. My two oldest children have gotten the braces off. Beautiful results! I have a third in braces and a fourth that will probably need them too. We like that Dr. Britt takes his time and does things the right way without short cuts. I’ve been with Dr. Sosebee for a year and a half. I did the M3 Invisalign treatment. All of the staff are super personable as if they have known me forever. Dr. Sosebee is the same way. As a doctor mom I’m quite particular with my time , my money, and the dental care my children receive. The attention to detail and scientific precision that Dr Sosebee has provided both my children with has never ceased to amaze me! He answers all my detailed questions and has given completely different care plans to my two very children’s unique orthodontist needs. I remember going into this adventure of braces , being concerned that all the Orthodontists were going to overcharge us and do the “two stage” procedure whether they needed it or not, and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!!!! When we first started inquiries on who to use, I spoke with 10 different family and pediatric top dentist in Hall County and 90% of them told me to use Sosbee and Britt. So after talking with those dentist, consulting with Britt and Sosbee and the other "big name" orthodontist in town, there was absolutely NO question- we went to Sosbee and Britt.Dr. Britt now sees two of my daughters and I totally agree with what all the dentist told me prior, he is an incredible doctor and a perfectionist. He always has his patients best interest at heart and not how much they carry in their wallet. His partner Dr. Sosbee is also incredible and we love him too. He is always there with great advice when asked, and when he once on call for Dr. Britt, he even met us after hours on the weekend in the office to help!! That does not happen at any other practice, I promise. They are both great doctor's and while it was hard to choose between the two when we first started, they both work great together, no matter who the main doctor is on the patients chart. Plus, along with their excellent orthodontic hygienist, they always make a point to see each patient one on one every visit. We love that its not a different doctor each time who you might not know or just the hygienist and possibly never even get to see the doctor.The front office crew in both offices are awesome also! We especially love Renee, Becky and Stephenie in Gainesville!! They have been so helpful and have more than once gone out of their way at times find ways to work with our family's schedule when needed. Plus they are so enthusiastic about working there and what the practice stands for. You can tell that everyone there loves what they do and loves working with you and your family! My experience at Sosebee and Britt Orthodontics was phenomenal. I got my braces as an adult and was extremely worried about the price, pain, embarrassment of being a "metal mouth," etc. But just within the first few minutes of being at the office, I felt more than assured that this process was going to be handled with professionalism as well as care. All of the orthodontic assistants were amazing. They were always friendly and did everything they could to make me feel as comfortable as possible without putting me in pain. Dr. Sosebee is the one who put my braces on and he was more than wonderful. He was always encouraging me to "hang in there" and "stick with it," making the process go by a lot quicker. He saw things wrong with my teeth that other orthodontists hadn't seen, and thanks to him, I have a beautiful smile! I would highly recommend Sosebee and Britt Orthodontics. They're the best!

I love this office so much. This is my 2nd child in braces with Dr. Britt. With #2 I had an option to use another office and have part of the cost covered. I chose to stay with Dr. Britt for several reasons. His office staff is exceptional. They are professional, friendly, and always a joy to be around. I also chose to stay because Dr. Britt is the best. He is the best orthodontist in Gainesville and I highly recommend him to anyone that asks. Even those that don't. :)

I would like to take this time to thank you for all you have done for my two daughters. At the beginning of the fifth grade Hannah received her braces and wore them through seventh grade. She has a beautiful smile. My youngest daughter Abigail had her braces taken off yesterday. She was so excited about her smile. She smiled all day long. She said mom I can not stop smiling. I want to thank each and everyone at the office that has been so welcoming and kind to my family. I was so impressed with Dr. Britt when Abigail had to have a procedure on her lip and he called to check on her after it was over. I would recommend anyone that has teeth that you are not happy with or that have children that will need braces to check out Sosebee and Britt Orthodontics. It is a great place and you will feel welcome every time you walk through the doors.

Best orthodontist experience ever!!! The first day I went for my consultation I knew I was going to be under the care of professionals & an awesome company! Everyone was more than nice & so welcoming!!! Dr. Britt changed my life forever. I am in love with my smile! The office is always so neat & clean, they have everything you need! Dr. Todd Britt and his office staff were very professional and a joy to work with over the course of my adult orthodontics. I never had braces as a kid, so it was a lifelong dream to have my teeth aligned. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to correct my bite and improve my smile! Dr. Britt was my daughter's orthodontist first. Her teeth look so great we have literally had strangers stop us to compliment her smile! My son will be next in line for orthodontic treatment. My experience at Sosebee & Britt Orthodontics was excellent. Everyone is extremely professional and knows their job well. Never did I have any problems scheduling or changing an appointment, which I had to do several times. They always worked with my schedule. The assistants made me very feel very comfortable and many times would joke around and make me laugh. Both my children got their braces from Dr Sosebee, and so did I as an adult. Our son has been a patient of Dr. Sosebee's for about 2 years now. We have been impressed not only with the care he has received, but also the professionalism of the staff. He recently got his braces off and his teeth look great! He followed everything that your office told him to do and the results are very positive. He was taken very good care of while wearing his braces by Dr. Sosebee and his assistants. The office staff was always very friendly and our wait time was usually very short. They apologized if it was too long and explained why. As his mom, I have been very impressed with this office and the care given. We will still be continuing to come as our daughter is now a patient of Dr. Sosebee. Thank you for the positive experience in your office!

I would recommend Dr. Britt and his staff to anyone in need of orthodontic care. Dr. Britt and his staff are by far the best in Northeast Georgia. Before I became a patient of Dr. Britt, I was very self conscious of my front teeth protrusion. At my very first visit, and after meeting and talking to Dr. Britt, I knew that he was indeed the orthodontist for me. He put my mind at ease with all my questions, concerns for my particular situation. Each and every that I visit his office, the staff is just wonderful-always very professional and very courteous.
